How the programme works

Anyone can join. Sign up on our affiliate portal. Once your application is approved, you receive a unique discount code and a personal referral link.
Your customers get 10% off every order placed with your code or through your link.
You earn 10% commission on the net value of every such order — calculated after the 10% customer discount and excluding shipping and taxes. This includes purchases you make for yourself.
You are paid twice a month, on the 2nd Friday and the last Friday, by bank transfer in Sri Lankan Rupees.
You can see everything live. Your affiliate dashboard shows each order placed with your code, the commission earned, and what is approved, pending or already paid.

Terms & Conditions

By participating in this programme, you agree to the following:

Independent Contractor Status. You are participating as an independent affiliate, not as an employee, partner, or agent of OUTCOME. This programme does not create an employment relationship of any kind.
Honest Representation. You agree to represent OUTCOME and its products honestly and accurately, and will not make false, misleading, or unauthorised claims about the product, pricing, or programme.
Responsibility & Indemnification. You are solely responsible for all content, statements, and claims made under your affiliate code. You agree to indemnify and hold OUTCOME harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from your conduct, advertising, or misuse of the programme.
Brand Usage. Any use of OUTCOME's name, logo, or branding must align with our guidelines. This permission is revoked immediately upon leaving the programme or at OUTCOME's discretion.
Commission Structure & Customer Discount. Affiliates receive a unique discount code that gives customers 10% off their order. Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the net sale value (after the 10% customer discount, and excluding shipping and taxes) on every order placed using their code or referral link, including purchases made by the affiliate for themselves.
When a Commission is Approved. A commission becomes approved once the order has been delivered and payment for it has been confirmed received by OUTCOME. Until then it is shown as pending in your dashboard. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or voided earn no commission.
Payment Schedule. Commissions are paid twice a month, on the 2nd Friday and the last Friday. Each payment covers all commissions approved as at that date. Commissions still pending on a payment date are automatically carried forward to the next payment. Once a commission has been paid, it is final and will not be reversed or clawed back.
No Guarantee of Earnings. OUTCOME does not guarantee any specific level of sales, commission, or income through this programme. Commissions are given solely on successful sales, as defined in clause 6.
Code Usage. Your affiliate code is personal to you and may not be sold, shared, or transferred to another individual. You are permitted to use your own code for personal purchases and will earn the standard commission on such purchases.
Taxes. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to income earned through this programme.
Bank Details. You are responsible for entering and maintaining accurate bank details in your affiliate dashboard. OUTCOME is not liable for payments delayed or misdirected because of incorrect details.
Termination. OUTCOME reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time, without notice, particularly in cases of misrepresentation, false advertising, or conduct that may harm the brand. Any commissions tied to such conduct may be forfeited.
