Shipping policy

Delivery Area
We currently deliver island-wide within Sri Lanka only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Fee
A flat delivery fee of LKR 350 applies to all orders, regardless of order size or delivery location within Sri Lanka.

Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within our standard processing time following confirmation. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier availability, and are estimates only — not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed prior to dispatch. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Payment on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders. Customers choosing to prepay may be eligible for a discount as advertised at checkout; this discount is applied at our discretion based on current promotions and is not guaranteed to be permanently available.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@ceylonbiotech.com or +94 778 450 440 so we can investigate with our courier partner. We will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by third-party courier services.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
