Are OUTCOME products safe to use around kids and pets?

All OUTCOME products are formulated without parabens, heavy metals, or harsh chemicals. Every ingredient is listed openly on the label — nothing hidden. Keep all products out of reach of children, avoid contact with eyes, and for any product with sensitive users nearby, test on a small area first. Can I spray the Pet Environment Care directly on my dog or cat?

No — it's designed for surfaces in your pet's space, not for direct application on animals. Spray the area, let it dry, and your pet is good to go back in.

Is the Hand Wash safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. It's enriched with Aloe Vera, Green Tea Extract, and Glycerin specifically to be gentle while cleansing. If you have known skin sensitivities, test on a small area first.

Can the Surface Cleaner be used on marble or granite?

We recommend testing on an inconspicuous area first for unsealed stone — Citric Acid can etch unsealed marble with repeated use. For sealed countertops, glass, stainless steel, appliances, and most household hard surfaces, it's perfect.

How long does a 300 ml bottle last?

For daily household use, typically 4–6 weeks. The Pet Environment Care will vary depending on the size of the space.

How should I store the products?

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep out of reach of children.

How long does delivery take?
